Job Title: PM Caregiver/MedTech

Company: Homestead

Location: Canton, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a “PM Caregiver/MedTech” role in Canton, MI, is generally considered below the industry standard. As of my last knowledge update, typical pay for similar positions, which often requires specific certifications and may involve responsibilities such as medication administration and personal care, tends to range from $16 to $22 per hour depending on the employer and the caregiver’s experience level. In Michigan, particularly in suburban areas like Canton, wages for healthcare-related positions often reflect the cost of living and demand for skilled workers, making $15 an hour less competitive. Therefore, this rate may struggle to attract qualified candidates in an increasingly competitive labor market.
