Job Title: PM Caregiver/MedTech

Company: Kingsley Senior Living

Location: Canton, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “PM Caregiver/MedTech” role in Canton, MI appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale for similar positions in the healthcare and caregiving sector. As of recent data, caregiver wages in Michigan typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and specific responsibilities. Additionally, MedTech positions that involve medication administration and more specialized care tend to command higher wages, often exceeding $15 per hour in urban areas. Therefore, while it may meet the minimum standards, this rate may not be competitive for attracting experienced professionals in the field, particularly considering the rising cost of living and demand for skilled workers in healthcare.
