The Park Place Hotel, a historic cornerstone of Traverse City’s hospitality, is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to fill an urgent full-time, evening-only position. As the face of our hotel, you will deliver exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience that embodies our 1930s elegance.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in guests promptly and professionally, accommodating all needs and requests.
• Provide personalized guest services, offering recommendations and solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.

• Continuously monitor the front desk, delivering warm and attentive hospitality at all times.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, adhering to the policy of always saying yes.
• Assist with reservations, arrivals, and the coordination of guest services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and documentation as required.

Requirements:
