Position Overview: Poker Brush Attendant

As a Poker Brush Attendant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience by warmly welcoming guests to the poker room and fostering meaningful, enduring relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a varied and passionate team in a vibrant, fast-paced environment to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Welcome and assist guests, ensuring their needs are met within the poker room.
  • Support management in opening poker tables in accordance with departmental protocols.
  • Assign guests to appropriate poker tables.
  • Monitor and track guests’ gameplay using the designated tracking system.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding any irregular gameplay or disputes.
  • Take ownership of the guest experience by utilizing problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional service.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Compensation: Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
