Job Title: Porter

Company: Edgewood Assisted Living Center

Location: Saginaw, MI

Pay: $13 – 15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 to $15 for a Porter role in Saginaw, MI appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards for similar positions. According to various labor market resources, the typical pay for Porters, particularly in the hospitality and facilities management sectors, tends to range from $15 to $20 per hour in many parts of the U.S. Additionally, considering the cost of living in Saginaw, which is relatively moderate, this wage may not sufficiently attract candidates or retain them long-term. Overall, the offered pay does not seem competitive relative to both industry standards and the local economic landscape.
