Job description:
The Porter plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by preparing vehicles for delivery through meticulous cleaning. This position also involves maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of both the shop and office environments.

Key Responsibilities:
– Consistently execute the WOW (Wow Operating Way) strategy.
– Oversee daily housekeeping tasks within the office, including emptying trash, cleaning floors, and dusting all surfaces.
– Manage daily housekeeping tasks in the production area, which includes emptying waste receptacles, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment.
– Maintain the parking lots and grounds in a tidy and organized manner, which may involve shoveling snow when needed.
– Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to the start of repairs.
– Conduct thorough exterior and interior clean-up of customer vehicles upon completion of repairs.
– Transport customer vehicles to subcontracted locations for additional repairs.

Education and Experience Requirements:
– High School diploma or GED preferred.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Prior automotive experience is preferred.
– Clear close vision is essential.
– Must be 18 years of age or older.
– Valid Driver’s License required.
– Strong attention to detail is crucial.

Physical Requirements:
– Ability to pull and push, carry items, and walk for extended periods.
