Job description:

We are seeking a seasoned leader who is personable and eager to advance their career by managing a specialty medical aesthetics practice. The Practice Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that customer needs are met by fostering a positive environment for both staff and clients. This role involves developing strategies to maintain profitability while also addressing the needs of employees and contractors.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of management experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the supervision of clinical staff by providing support to nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, aestheticians, and technicians. Conduct regular evaluations of clinical staff and promote a collaborative team atmosphere. Mentor newly hired providers and support existing staff while overseeing front desk operations to ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
  • Ensure quality assurance by maintaining a clean and efficient practice environment that adheres to established standards for medical services.
  • Safeguard patient information following practice protocols and HIPAA regulations concerning medical records.
  • Oversee staff training, ensuring that new employees are effectively oriented with assistance from product representatives.
  • Maintain the integrity of practice assets by ensuring that all equipment and facilities are clean, functional, and securely stored. Facilitate staff training for new equipment prior to usage and collaborate with the Inventory Manager on accurate product inventory and equipment management.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical policies and procedures, ensuring they are consistently followed by all providers. Participate in the development and revision of policies and protocols as needed on an annual basis.
  • Maintain clinical oversight by following up with the client administrator on all medical events and regularly consulting with corporate management and the medical director regarding any medical occurrences.
