Job Description
Job Title: Premium Bartender | Part-Time | Columbus Clingstones
Company: Spectra Experiences
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $10 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $10 for a part-time “Premium Bartender” position in Columbus, OH, is generally considered below the industry standard for bartenders in the region. As of my last update in 2023, bartenders in Columbus typically earn between $12 to $20 per hour, excluding tips, with many establishments also providing tipping opportunities that can significantly increase overall earnings. Factors such as experience, specialty skills, and the establishment’s reputation can further influence pay rates. Given these considerations, an offer of $10 per hour may struggle to attract qualified candidates, making it less competitive within the local market.
