Job Summary
As a Premium Bartender, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve beverages to our guests in a friendly, courteous, and efficient manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Comply with state, federal, and corporate regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
  • Set up assigned bar stations; requisition and stock all necessary supplies including beer, wine, spirits, glassware, ice, and garnishes.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure the quality of all perishable items by properly preparing and storing garnishes and juices.
  • Greet guests with a friendly demeanor.
  • Take and process drink orders; mix, garnish, and present drinks according to standard recipes while exercising prudent portion control.
  • Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements.
  • Recognize and respond to signs of guest inebriation, demonstrating knowledge of liquor laws.
  • Secure all beverages, food, equipment, deposits, and cash drops; ensure proper safekeeping of the cash bank.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area while adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Create an attractive bar environment by arranging bottles and glasses effectively.
  • Wash and sterilize glassware as required.
