Delaware North Sportservice is seeking enthusiastic seasonal In-Seat Servers to become a vital part of our Scouts Club team at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will serve as the face of our premium dining experience, providing exceptional service to our guests and embodying our core values. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to guests’ needs, present menus, clearly communicate restaurant specials, answer menu inquiries, and efficiently collect food and beverage orders.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, following all relevant alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system, process payments, and prepare and deliver checks to guests.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow restaurant servers, kitchen, and bar staff.
• Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties as assigned, ensuring all equipment and work areas are clean, sanitized, organized, and functioning.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in cash handling and credit card processing.
• One year of experience as a server in a high-volume environment and familiarity with point-of-sale systems in a service or hospitality setting are advantageous.
• A high school diploma or GED is not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, and to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods, which may include walking up stairs.
• Visual acuity and auditory skills sufficient to take orders and prepare checks.
