As a Prep Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing food items necessary for dining room orders and special events, while adhering to local health department standards and embodying Suburban Inns’ Core Values. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare all required food items in accordance with established recipes and make sheets.
- Set up service units with necessary supplies and adhere to portion and presentation standards.
- Proactively communicate with the Kitchen Supervisor regarding inventory shortages.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment and assist in ensuring kitchen safety and security.
- Manage your prep cook station efficiently, including set up, maintenance, and breakdown.
- Requisition items necessary for menu preparation and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs as required by health authorities and ensure proper storage of reusable food products.
- Exhibit reliable attendance and perform additional tasks as directed by management.
Position Requirements:
- Availability for flexible scheduling.
- Starting wage of $14-$16 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Uniform and Appearance Guidelines:
