Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Adhere to all North High Brewing standards and recipes during food preparation.
  • Exhibit proficiency in preparing all items outlined in our recipe book.
  • Utilize all kitchen equipment and demonstrate knowledge of proper cleaning protocols.
  • Familiarity with weighing and measuring ingredients is essential.
  • Prepare food employing various cooking methods, including frying, sautéing, baking, and boiling.
  • Conduct visual inspections of all incoming and outgoing food items.
  • Cover, date, and label food for storage in compliance with health code regulations.
  • Comply with local, state, and federal health and sanitation regulations.
  • Set up, break down, and maintain cleanliness of all workstations and kitchen areas.
  • Inspect the workspace to ensure all equipment is functional and sanitary.
  • Assist in completing daily operational duties.
  • Maintains proper uniform attire during work hours.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and expedite food for both a la carte and banquet services.
  • Report any food shortages or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ability to remain standing for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Commit to maintaining professional standards in the workplace.
