North High Brewing offers craft beer brewed on-site, complemented by a full menu of made-from-scratch dishes. We host private events, large parties, and community gatherings. Our first restaurant, located in Historic Dublin, opened in 2020, followed by our Uptown Westerville location launched in the Fall of 2023.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Prepare all food in accordance with North High Brewing’s standards and recipes.
  • Master the preparation of every item in the recipe book.
  • Utilize all kitchen equipment efficiently and maintain proper cleaning protocols.
  • Accurately weigh and measure ingredients.
  • Prepare food using various cooking methods, including frying, sautéing, baking, and boiling.
  • Visually inspect all incoming and outgoing food items.
  • Properly cover, date, and label all food for storage, adhering to health code regulations.
  • Comply with local, state, and federal health code standards and sanitation rules.
  • Set up, break down, and clean all kitchen stations.
  • Ensure the work area is sanitary and equipment is functional.
  • Assist in completing daily tasks and duties.
  • Maintain proper uniform standards at all times during work hours.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the preparation and cooking of a la carte and banquet meals.
  • Notify the appropriate personnel regarding food shortages or equipment malfunctions.
  • Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as required.
  • Uphold professional standards within the work environment.
  • Interact with co-workers in a professional manner.
  • Adhere to and report any violations of safety, emergency, and sanitation policies to the direct supervisor on duty.
  • Assist with dishwashing and cleaning tasks as directed by managers.
  • Properly receive truck deliveries while maintaining the correct food hierarchy and FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
  • Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the Kitchen Manager, Assistant Kitchen Manager, or Lead Line Cook.
