Job description:
We are seeking qualified candidates for full-time Prep Cook positions, with immediate hiring at our Reynolds & Reynolds location. The address is 2405 County Line Road, Beavercreek, OH 45430. Please note that we only accept online applications.

The position entails a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Additional details regarding the schedule will be shared during the interview process. While previous experience in a prep cook role is preferred, we are open to training enthusiastic candidates eager to learn.

As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food and serving customers in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Specific duties include:

– Collaborating with the Chef to obtain the daily production schedule and preparation requirements.
– Preparing items as per production sheets, ensuring adherence to established quantities and recipes.
– Completing daily production worksheets and waste log sheets, while tasting meals to ensure quality and consistency.
– Operating and cleaning kitchen equipment in accordance with departmental procedures after each use.
– Storing, labeling, and dating all food items according to policy, strictly following HACCP guidelines.
– Completing all necessary documentation and logs as required.
– Ensuring compliance with health and sanitation regulations, as well as departmental sanitation procedures.
– Taking orders from customers and efficiently preparing items that require short preparation times.
– Serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner across multiple stations, including steam tables and grills.
– Utilizing approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
– Addressing and resolving customer concerns promptly.
– Performing additional duties as assigned.
