We are seeking to fill a full-time PREP COOK position immediately.
The position is located at Reynolds & Reynolds, 2405 County Line Road, Beavercreek, OH 45430. Please note that applications will only be accepted online.
The work schedule is full-time, from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with additional details to be provided during the interview process.
Candidates must have prior experience as a prep cook, although we are open to providing training for the right individual.

Job Summary
The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing food and serving customers in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Obtain daily production schedules and preparation requirements from the Chef.
- Prepare items on production sheets according to established quantities and recipes.
- Complete and adhere to daily production worksheets and waste log sheets. Taste completed meals to ensure quality.
- Operate and clean equipment in accordance with departmental procedures after each use.
- Store, label, and date all food items per policy. Adhere to HACCP guidelines.
- Complete all required documentation, reports, and logs as necessary.
- Comply with local, state, and federal health and sanitation regulations along with departmental sanitation procedures.
- Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation time.
- Serve customers promptly and courteously.
- Fulfill orders from steam tables and grills while serving customers at multiple stations.
- Utilize approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
