SUMMARY OF POSITION
As a Prep Cook, you will immerse yourself in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment, playing a crucial role in ensuring that your team has the necessary ingredients and products to deliver exceptional meals to our guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare cooking items with precision and care.
  • Maintain, clean, and effectively utilize all kitchen equipment, as well as preparation and storage areas.
  • Stock and rotate products on the line, ensuring adherence to shelf life standards.
  • Accurately portion and prepare food products according to established recipes and specifications.
  • Adhere to FIFO (first in, first out) standards during food preparation.
  • Uphold cleanliness in the kitchen, including prep areas, coolers, and storage facilities.
  • Prep items in accordance with recipes and established procedures.
  • Assist the dishwasher by washing and restocking dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience as a prep cook is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
