VAL-CO, a leader in the commercial poultry, egg, and swine production equipment industry, known for our innovative poultry watering and feeding systems, is currently hiring a Full-Time Press Operator at our Coldwater, Ohio facility.

Starting Wage: $20.80 + $1.50 Shift Differential

  • Generous PTO awarded upon successful completion of the 90-day probationary period.

  • 4-Day Work Schedule featuring 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Operate production machines following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams.
  • Adjust machine settings to meet specifications in a timely manner.
  • Maintain machine standards to ensure maximum productivity and quality.
  • Conduct in-process inspections of produced components.
  • Complete required logs and shop tracking cards accurately.
  • Uphold cleanliness and safety in the designated production area.
  • Achieve assigned piece rate requirements.
