Job Title: Private Duty Caregiver

Company: Homestead

Location: Shelby Township, MI

Pay: $17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $17 for a Private Duty Caregiver in Shelby Township, MI, falls below the national average for this role, which typically ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. In Michigan, wages can vary, but the average is generally aligned with these figures, especially considering cost of living and demand for caregiving services. This rate may be competitive for entry-level positions or for caregivers with minimal experience, but it may not reflect competitive compensation for those with more experience or specialized skills. Overall, while $17 may attract some candidates, it may struggle to retain more experienced caregivers or meet the expectations of those familiar with standard industry wages.
