Job Description
Job Title: Private Duty Caregiver
Company: Homestead
Location: Pontiac, MI
Pay: $17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $17 for a Private Duty Caregiver in Pontiac, MI, is slightly below the national average for such roles, which typically ranges between $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. Factors such as location within Michigan, demand for caregivers, and the level of care required can influence pay rates. While this rate may appeal to entry-level applicants, it may not be competitive for experienced caregivers or those with specialized skills, potentially impacting recruitment and retention in a high-demand industry where competitive wages are crucial for attracting talent.
