Job Description
Job Title: Private Duty Caregiver
Company: Homestead
Location: Farmington Hills, MI
Pay: $17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, the hourly rate of $17 for a Private Duty Caregiver in Farmington Hills, MI, is slightly below the average compensation for similar roles in the region. Caregivers in Michigan typically earn between $18 and $22 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and specific job duties. While $17/hour may attract candidates seeking entry-level positions or those with less experience, it may not be competitive enough to retain more skilled caregivers, especially given the increasing demand for personal care services. Overall, this rate could be considered suboptimal for the local job market, potentially leading to higher turnover rates if not adjusted to align more closely with industry standards.
