Job Title: PRN Dining Room Server

Company: Community First Solutions

Location: Mason, OH

Pay: $12 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $12 for a “PRN Dining Room Server” in Mason, OH, is on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to typical wages for similar roles in the hospitality and healthcare sectors, where rates generally range from $14 to $18 per hour. Factors such as local cost of living, the specific employer (e.g., nursing homes, hospitals, or restaurants), and the nature of the PRN (as needed) arrangement can influence this rate. While this figure may be competitive for entry-level positions or in smaller establishments, it may not attract more experienced workers or those seeking full-time opportunities. Overall, the rate could be perceived as less competitive within the current job market, especially considering inflation and rising living costs.
