Job Description
Job Title: PRN Dining Server
Company: Community First Solutions
Location: Hamilton, OH
Pay: $12 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $12 for a PRN Dining Server in Hamilton, OH, is generally below the industry standard for similar roles in the region. As of 2023, dining servers in Ohio typically earn between $13 to $16 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. Additionally, the minimum wage in Ohio is $9.30, meaning $12 is only slightly above this base rate; however, the PRN (as needed) status may affect the willingness of candidates to accept this rate. Given these factors, the offered rate may be considered non-competitive, making it challenging to attract and retain qualified staff in the current labor market.
