Job Description
Job Title: PRN Direct Support Provider 1st, 2nd, & 3rd
Company: First Step Healthcare LLC
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $16 – 18 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $18 for the role of “PRN Direct Support Provider” in Columbus, OH, is generally considered to be within the lower range of competitive pay in the industry for similar positions. Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) typically earn between $15 to $25 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, the complexity of care required, and specific employer standards. While this rate may attract candidates in entry-level positions or those seeking flexible, part-time work, it may not be sufficient to retain more experienced professionals in a competitive market. Overall, while it aligns with some entry-level standards, it could be perceived as below average for the Columbus area where cost of living and demand for care providers may warrant higher compensation.
