Job Title: PRN Front Desk/Communication Specialist

Company: Erickson Senior Living

Location: Novi, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “PRN Front Desk/Communication Specialist” in Novi, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum, especially for roles in the healthcare and administrative sectors. According to various salary databases and industry reports, similar positions typically range from $16 to $25 per hour depending on experience, skills, and specific job responsibilities. In metropolitan areas like Novi, which is part of the Detroit metropolitan area, wages are often higher than in more rural regions, reflecting the cost of living and market demand. Therefore, while $15 may be acceptable for entry-level positions or less experienced candidates, it may not be competitive for those with more experience or specialized skills, suggesting that employers may have to offer additional incentives or benefits to attract qualified candidates.
