Job Description
Job Title: PRN Line Cook – Mason Ohio
Company: Community First Solutions
Location: Mason, OH
Pay: $14 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $14 for a “PRN Line Cook” position in Mason, Ohio, is generally on the lower end of the pay scale for this role. As of 2023, line cooks in Ohio typically earn between $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, establishment type, and location. Factors such as the cost of living in Mason and local demand for culinary staff can influence wage competitiveness; however, $14 may not sufficiently attract skilled candidates given the rising minimum wage trends and labor shortages in the hospitality industry. Therefore, this pay rate could be perceived as less competitive relative to industry standards and may pose challenges in attracting qualified applicants.
