Job Title: PRN Line Cook- Mason Ohio

Company: Community First Solutions

Location: Mason, OH

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of my last knowledge update in October 2021, a pay rate of $16 per hour for a PRN (as-needed) Line Cook position in Mason, Ohio is generally on the lower end of the spectrum compared to industry standards. While wages for line cooks can vary depending on experience, specific skills, and the establishment type, many line cooks in Ohio typically earn between $12 to $20 per hour, with more experienced cooks or those in higher-end establishments potentially earning more. Given that Mason is part of the Greater Cincinnati area, which has a relatively strong job market, the rate may not be competitive for attracting skilled candidates, especially considering the rising minimum wage trends and cost of living adjustments. Overall, while $16 per hour is acceptable for entry-level positions, it may require reevaluation to attract and retain qualified talent.
