AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $18 to $23 for a PRN (pro re nata, or as-needed) Medical Assistant position in the Akron, OH area is generally competitive but slightly below the national average for similar roles, which often range from $20 to $30 per hour depending on experience and certification. Factors such as the specific responsibilities of the job, the local cost of living, and the employment demand in the Akron region may influence this rate.
