Job Title: Processing Operator

Company: Abbott

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay: $16.55 – 33.15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16.55 to $33.15 for a Processing Operator in Columbus, OH, reflects a wide range that may indicate varying levels of experience, skills, or specific responsibilities associated with the role. According to recent labor market data, the median pay for processing operators in the Columbus area typically hovers around the lower end of this range, around $17 to $22 per hour, depending on industry and experience, suggesting that the lower end of this range is competitive but slightly below market average for entry-level positions. However, the higher end of the scale aligns with experienced operators or those in specialized sectors, making the overall range competitive in the context of the region’s labor market. Thus, while the starting pay may reflect industry norms for newer entrants, the upper limit suggests competitive compensation for more experienced operators.
