AI Pay Analysis: To provide an analysis of the hourly rate for a “PRODUCE/CLERK” in Milford, MI, it would be important to compare it against local and national averages for similar roles in grocery stores and supermarkets. Typically, as of my last data, hourly rates for such positions range from approximately $12 to $18, depending on the specific duties, experience, and the employer. If the rate you’re considering falls within or above this range, it can be considered competitive, especially if it includes benefits or offers potential for growth. However, if it’s significantly below this range, it may not be appealing to potential candidates. Moreover, local economic conditions, such as the cost of living in Milford, should also be factored into the evaluation of competitiveness.
