Job description:

As a part-time associate, you will be responsible for sampling products for suppliers at a Sam’s Club location. Our Product Demonstrators play a vital role in introducing customers to innovative items and brands through product tastings, sampling events, and demonstrations. While experience in customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stocking, demonstrating, or as a brand ambassador is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Engage customers effectively to convey key product information.
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations while preparing samples (including cooking, processing, plating, and serving).
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals for the featured products.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be at least 16 years of age (18+ for positions involving alcohol and production).
• Availability on weekends (Friday through Sunday) is preferred; holiday and weekday shifts are also available.
• Must have reliable access to a smartphone or tablet while working.
• Ability to safely operate kitchen appliances (such as a microwave, toaster oven, or hot plate).
• Capacity to stand for the duration of the event.
