Job description:
This part-time associate role entails sampling products for suppliers at a Sam’s Club location. Product Demonstrators play a crucial role in introducing customers to innovative items and brands through engaging product tasting events, sampling, or demonstrations. While prior experience in customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stocking, demonstrating, or as a brand ambassador is advantageous, it is not required.
Responsibilities include actively engaging customers to convey essential product information and ensuring adherence to food safety standards during sample preparation (which may involve cooking, processing, plating, and serving). Collaborating with the team to meet sales objectives for the featured products is also an essential responsibility.
Candidates must be at least 16 years old (with some positions requiring candidates to be 18 or older for alcohol and production-related tasks). Weekend availability (Friday through Sunday) is preferred, although opportunities for holiday and weekday work are available.
