Job description:
This part-time associate role involves sampling products for suppliers within a Sam’s Club location. Product Demonstrators play a crucial role in introducing customers to innovative items and brands through product tasting events, sampling, and demonstrations. While experience in customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stocking, demonstrating, brand ambassadorship, or advocacy is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.
Responsibilities include engaging with customers to effectively communicate key features of the products, ensuring adherence to food safety standards during the preparation and serving of samples, and collaborating with team members to meet sales objectives for the products.
Qualifications for applicants include being at least 16 years of age (with the requirement for 18 years or older for alcohol and production roles), flexibility to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) as well as availability during holidays and weekdays, and reliable access to a smartphone or tablet while on duty.
