Job description:

This part-time position involves sampling products for suppliers within a Sam’s Club location. As a Product Demonstrator, you will introduce customers to new and exciting items and brands by conducting product tasting events, sampling, or demonstrations. While experience in customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stocking, demonstrating, or as a brand ambassador is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to effectively communicate essential product information.
• Ensure adherence to food safety protocols while preparing samples (cooking, processing, plating, and serving).
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals for the showcased products.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be at least 16 years of age (18 years and older are required for Alcohol and Production roles).
• Availability on weekends (Friday to Sunday) is preferred; opportunities for holiday and weekday work are also available.
• Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on workdays is necessary.
• Capability to safely operate kitchen appliances, including a microwave, toaster oven, and hot plate.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the event to effectively perform your duties.
