Job description:

This part-time associate role involves sampling products for suppliers within a Sam’s Club location. The Product Demonstrator introduces customers to innovative items and brands through engaging product tastings, demonstrations, and sampling events. While experience in customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stocking, or brand ambassadorship is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.

Responsibilities:

• Engage customers effectively by communicating essential product information.
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations while preparing samples (including cooking, processing, plating, and serving).
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets for the showcased products.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years of age (candidates for alcohol-related positions must be 18+).
• Availability for weekends (Friday through Sunday) is preferred; opportunities for holiday and weekday shifts are also available.
• Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet during shifts is required.
• Ability to safely operate appliances such as microwaves, toaster ovens, and hot plates.
• Capacity to stand and perform event duties for the duration of the sampling.
