Job description:

This part-time associate will be responsible for sampling products on behalf of suppliers within a Sam’s Club location. As a Product Demonstrator, you will introduce customers to new and exciting items and brands by conducting product tasting events, sampling, or demonstrations. While previous experience in customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stocking, demonstrating, or brand advocacy is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Engage customers by communicating key product points effectively.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations while preparing and serving samples (including cooking and plating).
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets for featured products.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be at least 16 years of age (18+ for positions involving alcohol and production).
• Availability to work on weekends (Friday through Sunday) is preferred; however, opportunities for holiday and weekday shifts are also available.
• Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on workdays is necessary.
• Ability to safely use appliances such as microwaves, toaster ovens, and hot plates.
• Capability to stand for the duration of the event.
