Job description:

We are seeking a part-time associate to serve as a Product Demonstrator at a Sam’s Club location, where you will represent various suppliers by sampling and showcasing their products. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for career advancement, flexible scheduling, and weekly pay.

As a Product Demonstrator, you will engage customers by highlighting key attributes of new and exciting items. Through product tasting events and demonstrations, you will introduce customers to innovative brands and help facilitate their shopping experience. While prior experience in customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stocking, demonstrating, or as a brand ambassador is advantageous, it is not required, as we provide comprehensive online and/or on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in conversation to effectively communicate essential product information.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations while preparing and serving samples.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets for the products being demonstrated.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old (for roles involving alcohol and production, candidates must be 18+).
• Availability for weekend shifts (Friday to Sunday) is preferred, with opportunities for holiday and weekday work.
• Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet during workdays.
• Ability to safely operate appliances such as microwaves, toaster ovens, and hot plates.
• Capacity to stand for the duration of the event.
