Job description:

This part-time associate is responsible for sampling products for suppliers within a Sam’s Club location. As a Product Demonstrator, you will introduce customers to new and exciting items and brands through product tasting events, sampling, and demonstrations. While experience in customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stocking, demonstration, or brand advocacy is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.

Responsibilities:

• Engage customers effectively to communicate key product features and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations while preparing samples, including cooking, processing, plating, and serving.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals for featured products.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years of age (positions involving alcohol production require candidates to be 18 or older).
• Availability for work on weekends (Friday-Sunday) is preferred, with opportunities for holiday and weekday shifts.
• Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on workdays is required.
• Ability to safely operate kitchen appliances, such as microwaves, toaster ovens, and hot plates.
• Capability to stand for the duration of each event.
