Job description:

This part-time associate role involves sampling products for suppliers within a Sam’s Club location. Product Demonstrators play a vital role in introducing customers to new and exciting items through product tasting events, sampling, and demonstrations. Although experience in customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stocking, demonstration, brand ambassadorship, or brand advocacy is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite.

Responsibilities:

• Engage customers effectively to communicate key information about the products.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards while preparing samples (cooking, processing, plating, and serving).
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals for the featured products.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years of age (candidates for alcohol and production roles must be 18 or older).
• Availability on weekends (Friday-Sunday) is preferred; holiday and weekday shifts may also be available.
• Access to a smartphone or tablet on the days worked is essential.
• Capability to safely operate appliances such as microwaves, toaster ovens, and hot plates.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the event.
