Job description:
This part-time position involves sampling products for suppliers in a Sam’s Club location. Product Demonstrators play a crucial role in introducing customers to new and innovative items by conducting tasting events, sampling, or demonstrations. While experience in customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cash handling, stocking, demonstrating, or brand ambassadorship is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.
Responsibilities include actively engaging customers to convey key product information, ensuring adherence to food safety standards during the preparation of samples (including cooking, processing, plating, and serving), and collaborating with team members to achieve sales objectives for the showcased products.
Qualifications for this role include a minimum age of 16 years (with the exception of alcohol and production roles that require individuals to be 18 or older), a preference for weekend availability (Friday through Sunday), along with opportunities to work on holidays and weekdays.
