Fox Motors is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team at Fox BMW of Farmington Hills in Farmington Hills, MI. Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Consultant, you will be entrusted with delivering exceptional purchasing experiences. Your primary duties will include engaging with customers, providing insightful consultations, utilizing dealership systems for follow-up, and delivering the highest standard of customer service to ensure sustained business growth. We are looking for a competitive, career-oriented individual with a desire to innovate within a professional and dynamic sales environment. Experience in automotive sales is not a prerequisite—candidates with backgrounds in bartending, personal training, or hotel and hospitality sectors will find this opportunity particularly rewarding. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers as they enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Staying current on product knowledge to maintain a high standard of vehicle expertise.
• Providing detailed information regarding vehicle specifications, such as performance, safety, and benefits.
• Conducting engaging and professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
• Using dealership systems for thorough pre and post-sale follow-up to build and maintain a robust client database.
• Keeping informed about vehicle values, equity, finance products, and Fox programs.
• Following Fox processes to ensure a seamless vehicle delivery experience.
• Introducing customers to various dealership points of interest.
• Assisting in showroom preparations to guarantee a strong selection of vehicles and maintaining an inviting atmosphere for customers.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service is desirable, demonstrating a commitment to providing an exceptional experience.
• Outstanding communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
• A proven record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• A team-oriented mindset complemented by a high-energy personality.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
• Eagerness to quickly learn about new products.
