Fox Motors is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team at Audi Grand Rapids in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in fulfilling our vision of “Working together moving people throughout life” by fostering trust and developing long-lasting relationships with our customers.

The Sales Consultant is a key position responsible for delivering exceptional purchasing experiences. You will engage with customers, utilizing dealership systems to ensure thorough follow-up and provide the highest levels of customer service. We seek a Sales Consultant who is competitive, career-oriented, and eager to innovate within a professional and dynamic sales environment. Previous experience in automotive sales is not required; individuals with backgrounds in bartending, personal training, or hospitality will thrive at Fox Motors. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

– Approaching, greeting, and assisting customers who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
– Staying informed on the latest product information to uphold a high standard of vehicle knowledge.
– Providing customers with detailed specifications (performance, safety, benefits, etc.) about all vehicles.
– Conducting high-quality and professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
– Utilizing dealership systems to complete follow-up with clients and maintain an accurate database.
– Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of vehicle values, financing options, and Fox Motors programs.
– Ensuring adherence to Fox processes during vehicle delivery.
– Familiarizing customers with various points of interest within the dealership.
– Assisting with showroom preparations to maintain an attractive selection of vehicles and keep the environment welcoming for customers.

– Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
