Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant, you will be entrusted with delivering exceptional purchasing experiences. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, utilizing dealership systems for follow-up, and providing the highest levels of customer service to cultivate enduring business relationships. We are looking for a competitive, career-oriented Sales Consultant with a passion for innovation in a professional and dynamic sales environment. Previous experience in automotive sales is not required; individuals with backgrounds in bartending, personal training, or hotel and hospitality services are encouraged to apply. Key responsibilities include:

• Approaching, greeting, and assisting customers as they enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Staying informed about the latest product information to maintain a high standard of vehicle knowledge.
• Providing customers with detailed specifications on vehicle performance, safety, benefits, and more.
• Conducting professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
• Utilizing dealership systems for pre- and post-sale follow-up to enhance and maintain the client database.
• Maintaining current knowledge of vehicle values, equity, finance products, and Fox programs.
• Ensuring adherence to Fox processes during vehicle delivery.
• Introducing customers to various dealership amenities and points of interest.
• Assisting in the preparation and presentation of the showroom to ensure a strong selection of vehicles is available and that the environment is appealing to customers.
