Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Consultant, you will be a vital resource for ensuring exceptional purchasing experiences. Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and assisting customers who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Staying informed about the latest product offerings to maintain a high level of vehicle knowledge.
- Providing detailed specifications regarding performance, safety, and benefits of all vehicles.
- Conducting professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
- Utilizing dealership systems for comprehensive follow-up to cultivate and maintain a robust client database.
- Maintaining awareness of vehicle values, financing options, and Fox-specific programs.
- Adhering to Fox processes for vehicle delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Guiding customers through the various points of interest within the dealership.
- Assisting in showroom preparation, ensuring an appealing selection of vehicles and maintaining a presentable environment for customers.
Skills & Experience
