KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Product Specialist serves a vital role in delivering exceptional purchasing experiences. You will engage with customers, consult on their needs, utilize dealership systems for follow-up, and ensure the highest standard of customer service to cultivate lasting business relationships. We are looking for a competitive, career-minded individual with a passion for innovation in a professional sales environment. Prior automotive sales experience is not required; candidates with backgrounds in bartending, personal training, or hospitality will find this role appealing. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Greeting and assisting customers who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
– Staying informed on the latest product information to maintain a high level of vehicle knowledge.
– Providing detailed specifications (performance, safety, benefits, etc.) about all vehicles.
– Delivering engaging and professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
– Utilizing dealership systems for pre- and post-sale follow-ups to maintain a robust client database.
– Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of vehicle valuations, financing products, and Fox programs.
– Ensuring adherence to Fox processes for vehicle delivery.
– Introducing customers to various points of interest throughout the dealership.
– Assisting in showroom preparation, ensuring a strong selection of vehicles and a presentable environment for customers.

– Prior experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
– Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
