Key Responsibilities:
As a Product Specialist, you will provide exceptional purchase experiences that enhance customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, utilizing dealership systems for follow-up, and delivering exemplary customer service to establish enduring business relationships. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Approaching, greeting, and assisting customers as they enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Staying informed on the latest product information to uphold a high standard of vehicle knowledge.
  • Providing customers with detailed specifications regarding vehicle performance, safety, and benefits.
  • Delivering high-quality and professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
  • Utilizing dealership systems for completing pre- and post-sale follow-ups to maintain a client database.
  • Keeping abreast of vehicle values, equity, finance products, and Fox programs.
  • Ensuring adherence to Fox processes during vehicle delivery.
  • Introducing customers to the various points of interest within the dealership.
  • Assisting in showroom preparation to ensure a strong selection of vehicles is available and that the showroom maintains a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Previous experience in customer service with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
