Position: Sales Consultant
Location: Grand Rapids, MI – Fox Honda
Fox Motors is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Fox Honda in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you will contribute to our overarching vision: “Working together moving people throughout life.” By building and maintaining trust with our customers, you will foster long-lasting relationships that enhance their purchase experience.
Incentives: $700 Monthly Demo Allowance!
Key Responsibilities:
The Sales Consultant plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional purchasing experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting customers upon their arrival at the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Staying informed about the latest product information to maintain a high level of vehicle knowledge.
- Providing customers with detailed specifications (performance, safety, benefits, etc.) about all vehicles.
- Conducting high-quality, professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
- Utilizing dealership systems for thorough pre- and post-sale follow-up to cultivate a robust client database.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of vehicle values, finance products, and Fox programs.
- Adhering to Fox processes for vehicle delivery.
- Introducing customers to various points of interest within the dealership.
- Assisting with showroom preparation, ensuring a strong selection of vehicles and a well-presented environment for customers.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Team-oriented with a vibrant personality.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends as necessary.
- Eagerness to swiftly learn about new products.
- Valid driver’s license.
