Fox Motors is currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team at Fox Honda in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you will play an integral part in fulfilling our overarching vision of "Working together moving people throughout life." KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Sales Consultant, you will be entrusted with delivering exceptional purchasing experiences. Responsibilities include interacting directly with customers, utilizing dealership systems for follow-up communications, and providing the highest caliber of customer service to enhance client retention. We seek a Sales Consultant who is competitive, career-oriented, and possesses an innovative spirit, thriving in a dynamic sales environment. No prior automotive sales experience is required; individuals with backgrounds in bartending, personal training, or hospitality will find this opportunity particularly appealing. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Proactively greet and assist customers entering the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Stay informed about the latest product information to maintain a high standard of vehicle knowledge.
• Provide customers with detailed specifications (performance, safety features, benefits, etc.) of all vehicles.
• Conduct high-quality and professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
• Utilize dealership systems to manage pre- and post-sale follow-up and maintain an up-to-date client database.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of vehicle values, finance products, and Fox programs.
• Adhere to Fox processes during vehicle delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Introduce customers to various points of interest within the dealership.
• Assist in preparing the showroom to ensure a strong selection of vehicles is available and that the environment is always welcoming to customers.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in customer service with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team-oriented with a high-energy personality.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends as required.

• A valid driver’s license.
