Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant, you will hold a vital position in delivering exceptional purchasing experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and assisting customers entering the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Staying informed on the latest product information to maintain a high standard of vehicle knowledge.
  • Providing customers with detailed specifications regarding performance, safety, and features of all vehicles.

  • Utilizing dealership systems for comprehensive follow-up (both pre- and post-sale) to enrich and maintain the client database.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of vehicle values, financing options, and Fox Motors programs.
  • Adhering to Fox processes for vehicle delivery.
  • Introducing customers to various points of interest within the dealership.
  • Assisting in showroom preparation to ensure a strong selection of vehicles is available and the showroom is consistently presentable.
