Fox Motors is seeking a Sales Consultant for our Fox Subaru location in Grand Rapids, MI. In this vital role, you will contribute to our overarching vision of "Working together moving people throughout life" by cultivating and sustaining trust with our customers, thereby fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
The Sales Consultant holds a trusted position, responsible for delivering exceptional purchase experiences. Your primary duties will include interacting with customers, consulting on their needs, utilizing dealership systems for follow-up, and providing the highest level of customer service to establish lasting business relationships. Ideal candidates will be competitive, career-oriented, and possess a desire for innovation within a professional and dynamic sales environment. Previous automotive sales experience is not required; we welcome candidates with backgrounds in bartending, personal training, or hospitality to embark on their career journey with us. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting and assisting customers as they enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Staying informed about the latest product information to maintain a high standard of vehicle knowledge.
• Providing detailed specification information (performance, safety, benefits, etc.) about all available vehicles.
• Conducting high-quality, professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
• Utilizing dealership systems for pre- and post-sale follow-up to build and maintain a client database.
• Maintaining knowledge of vehicle values, equity, finance products, and Fox programs.
• Ensuring adherence to Fox processes for vehicle delivery.
• Introducing customers to various points of interest within the dealership.
• Assisting in showroom preparation by ensuring a strong selection of vehicles is available and that the showroom is always presentable.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on providing exceptional service.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• A team-oriented attitude paired with a high-energy personality.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including days, nights, and weekends as required.
• Eagerness to learn about new products quickly.
• A valid driver’s license.
