Key Responsibilities:
The Sales Consultant holds a pivotal role in delivering exceptional purchase experiences. You will engage with customers, utilize dealership systems for follow-up, and provide the highest level of customer service to cultivate enduring business relationships. We seek a Sales Consultant who is competitive, career-oriented, and driven to innovate in a dynamic sales environment. Previous automotive sales experience is not required; candidates with backgrounds in bartending, personal training, or hospitality will find this position a great fit. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Approaching, greeting, and assisting customers as they enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Staying informed about the latest product information to maintain a high standard of vehicle knowledge.
• Providing customers with detailed specifications regarding vehicle performance, safety, and benefits.
• Conducting high-quality, professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
• Utilizing dealership systems for effective pre- and post-sales follow-up to build and maintain a comprehensive client database.
• Keeping a thorough understanding of vehicle values, equity, finance products, and Fox programs.
• Ensuring adherence to Fox processes during vehicle delivery.
• Introducing customers to various points of interest within the dealership.
• Assisting with showroom preparation, ensuring a well-presented selection of vehicles for customers.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience working directly with customers and providing outstanding service.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• A team-oriented attitude coupled with high energy and enthusiasm.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Eagerness to quickly learn about new products.
• A valid driver’s license.
